Special characters are not correctly exported in csv files

      When exporting solr results as xsl, special characters are not correctly exported. For instance l'analyse statistique is exported as l’analyse statistique

          The problem is that user copied / paste from Word, and Word was badly configured (automatic correction of Apostrophe character).

          Configuration can be changed in Word in order to avoid such issues :

          Fichier > Options > Vérification > Options de correction automatique... > Lors de la frappe
          Il faut décocher l'option Guillemets '' ou "" par des guillements '' ou ""

          Are you sure the initial wording does not contains an illegal character (such as Word's apostrophe) ?
