[Search service v2] Non-mandatory long parameters (the return)

      Since CMS-9882, a workaround was committed
      The parameters 'maxResults' and 'resultsPerPage' of type long were not able to be empty due to a Repository bug (REPOSITORY-427). But this ticket was fixed (September 3 of 2019, 8 months ago !).
      So we need to reverse the workaround which was to have '0' values instead of 'empty' values
