How to reproduce

connect to cms
open a page
click on tag a page
click on the button to open all
move the mouse and put it back over the button to close all (the same button)

Actual behavior

the help message is still 'open all'

Expected behavior

the help message is 'close all'

  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
