      Create a page: page 1.html
      Create a page: page2.html
      edit page 2.html
      insert link to page1
      save
      Validate
      Publish -> page 2 online
      link checker doesn't signal page2 to have bad links whereas online you'll have a 404 when clicking to the link from page 2 to page 1
