[ModelItemType] Check SAX events on repeater entries

      From CMS-11315, we put a saxModelInfos boolean in DataContext. It is only used by repeater entries to to not repeat the model infos on each entry. But why did we do that?

      If possible, remove this difference

          We have this difference to do not match with entry in XPath when we search on the model path. It is the same as the repeater.
          It's not possible to remove it.
