[CMS-12043] Creating a new entry in reference table is always called "nouvelle-catégorie"

Bug:

The entry is created before choosing title which means that the name is always "nouvelle-categorie"

Consequence: classified ads rely on reference tables (categories) {}>{-} the url of every classified ad contains "nouvelle-catégorie"

Steps to reproduce bug:

*Add an entry to existing reference table
