tableref combobox is empty on skin demo

      In a form comboboxes that use a table ref on the demo skin appears empty.

      Works fine on skin intranet.

      Steps to reproduce : 

      • Create a form
      • Add a combobox based on a tableref

      The combobox appears empty in CMS and site.
