The cookie manager should not ask anything when called from mobile app

      The mobile app will itself issue a cookie names "Ametys-MobileApp-TrackingPrivacy-Consent" with value true or false, depending on app user's choice.

      Depending on that value, the web helper should answer "yes" or "no" to the cookie banner, without asking the user
