When you have no rights on resources, you can not move a attachment

      In 3.4.x, for contents and pages, on moving attachments the right is check on context "resources/Folder". So if you have rights on root of resources, the move is authorized, forbidden otherwise.

      In 3.5, the right is checked on "attachments/Folder" which also failed because of unknown context.
