dc.publicher and dc.rights should be simple text. So the webmasteur would have more possibilities to set them.

If you want a simple text, delete the two files in your application WEB-INF/param/dublincore/dc_rights.xml and WEB-INF/param/dublincore/dc_publisher.xml.

Or you can also complete the drop down list in this files ...
