[JCRTagProvider] Wrong value returned by Tag#getParentId()

      For tag created by the JCRTagProvider the parent id parameter passed to the tag constructors does not contain the right value.
      It looks that there are several different errors in the file. I can see that sometimes the passed value is always the tags root node id, and sometimes it is the parent id of the parent id (see respectively lines 122 and 330).
