In content filters, filter contents depending on access limitations

      Currently, a content filter retrieves all contents, regardless of the access limitations of the page they are on.
      We should implement two options: filter the contents depending on the current page's access limitations (cachable), and filter the contents depending on the connected user's rights (not cachable).
