Useless tinymce.focus leads to strange user experience

      tinymce.focus() is required for IE when executing commands on tinymce (to set the cursor correctly)
      it is not required when editing html nodes.

      ex: when spining up the image width the cursor is set back to the editor
      user cannot not switch with TAB key in the ribbon
