The sites list is not refreshed after creating or deleting a site

      How to reproduce :

      • I create a new site behind demo site
      • I configure it and save
      • the panel "Sites" is not refreshed. I have to close and open again the "sites" panel to see the new site created in the list

      The same occurs when I delete a site.
