URIPrefixHandler doesn't work for other sites on the Front

      The URIPrefixHandler doesn't take into account the siteName when the context is the Front. Instead, it always returns the current site uri prefix.
      It works fine in preview and live rendering context.

      The AmetysXSLTHelper.siteUriPrefix is broken on the Front because of that.

          The method was removed as it cannot work.

          You have to use the absolute version.
