ChoosePage helper: add the ability to delete the previously selected page

      Sometimes, as for the form's success page, it will be useful to have a button to delete the page selected previously.

      For now, when the helper is called with single value (no checkboxes), it is not possible to validate the dialog box with a empty selection.
