The datasources of FO application are synchronized multiple times

      I think there is a probleme when a datasource is used in a population, because there is an error when a used population is tried to be sunchronized from BO app to FO app

          The issue happens only if you share the datasource storing the associations between contexts and populations ; between FO and BO...
          I will change the API to allow the removal of a population even if it seems to be used
