Change repeaters orders using drag and drop

      Sitemap panel allow to drag and drop pages to order them. It is expected that all sortable items should be managed by drag and drop but it is not the case :

      • in the links directory plugin, we have to use buttons in the ribbon
      • in the repeaters of contents, buttons to up and down are directly positionned on the items.

      That would be better to have the same behavior in the whole CMS
