How to reproduce it :

open the server request tracker tool
> the tables are bordered with yellow borders. This colored borders catch too attention.

Expected behavior :

delete this border like in the screenshot : JIRA-no-yellow-border.png

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
