Two similar rights exist to open the script tool and execute scripts :

• CORE_Rights_ExecuteScript > "Execute a script" (defined in the core UI)
• CMS_Rights_OpenScriptTool > "Open the script tool" (defined in the CMS)

If we want to keep two separated rights to open or execute a script. We should also have this distinction in the administration (and repository) context.

For now, if I removed the right "CMS_Rights_OpenScriptTool" on the admin context, I keep the right to open the script tool in the repository and administration context.

I think this right should be moved to the core UI plugin and affected to the org.ametys.plugins.core.ui.Script button.
