[GLOSSARY-45] Glossary isn't refreshed automatically after deleting a definition

Select a definition and delete it.
=> The word is still in the glossary, I was able to select it and delete it again (screenshot)

You need to close the glossary tool and open it up again to see the change.

PS: works perfectly on v3.8
