[Maps service] Improve the dialog boxes for points of interest

      How to reproduce:

      • Add a Maps service to a zone item
      • Add a point of interest (polygon or marker)
      • A dialog box is displayed to fill the point's title, description and icon/color
      • Title is mandatory but there is no '*' i the label of the input

      See how to use the model (that says that the title is mandatory) for this dialog box
