Saving a request as an existing one not working properly

      • Create a new request with a title search of toto for instance and save.
      • Close the search tool and open this request. At this point it is OK.
      • Change the title search for toto2 for instance. Save the request as the existing one. Close the search tool and open this request. The changes are not visible, the title field is still filled with toto and not toto2.

      It is a cache problem, we just need to clean it after the save as action.
