On IE, loading JS dynamically using loadScript can lead to a premature callback function call

      Callback is called on complete or loaded state.
      It seems that the loaded state is when the script is fully downloaded but not handled.

          the modification was not necessary since the bug was applicative : the js functions where used before the callback triggering
