Management of Tools.wait and Tools.stopWait

      With the attached patch, Tools.wait function allows developers to gray screen and make it inactive. It can be used during long operations to avoid multiclics of hurry users.

      Tools.wait and Tools.stopWait are no more called around Ajax requests, so you have to call them on your own code.
