Allow to edit richtext in a standalone mode (in a popup for sample)

      RichText widget should be able to handle a standalone mode.

      In standalone mode (edit content in popup, FO edition) the richtext should bring it own TinyMCE toolbar.

      The buttons of the toolbar will be differents if we edit a simple richtext (in admin for example) or if we edit a content's richtext
