Provide a enumerator on profiles for configuration parameter which expect a profile id

      Currently, parameters which except a profile id are simple text because it can not possible to access RightProfilesDAO in safe mode.

      It will be nice to have a safe ProfilesEnumerator:

      • in safe mode, this enumerator will be empty
      • in normal mode, this enumerator provides the list of profiles

      To use this enumerator we need a widget that can transform into simple text in safe mode.
