          find . -type f -name "model.xml" -exec sed -i 's$<parameter id="sidebar\.content\.bgcolor">#</parameter>$<parameter id="sidebar\.content\.bgcolor">transparent</parameter>$g' {} +

          Note that at this time some of my models.xml contains #, for example
