[SKINSEARCH-237] Title of first content in page should not be hidden in CSS

Currently the title of conent at the first position is hidden in CSS.

It is bad because its products a title shift: <h1> -> <h3> instead of <h1> -> <h2>

The title of content should not be part of HTML source if its position is 1 in default zone.

CMS-11562 Add a "zoneItemPosition" ametysxslthelper which would allow to know the position of a content / service in the zone
