The survey access limitations work with BO users and groups instead of FO ones

      To reproduce, select a private survey, click on "invitations" and open the "add allowed users" dialog.
      The users shown here are from the back-office, not the front-office. Same goes for groups.

      Additionally, when limiting the survey to (BO) users, the tool doesn't show them. It may be resolved when FO users are selected.
