Export Survey to HTML Format

          There is a specific right for this button.

          It works properly when received in Google Mail.
          On iphone mail client, it works properly but the layout is better if you manually remove the provided <style> css instructions.
          You can't use the form when received in Thunderbird mail client but it's a bug on Thunderbird side https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=533545

          The HTML code has no formatting nor validation information nor javascript.
