Too long content for the tooltip (in french)

      The tooltip of the "Search by section" field is too long. It is not possible to read all the content during the period of time where it is displayed. Perhaps posted the essential and refer the cases on the user doc.

      Moreover, the last sentence could appear on the tooltip of the previous field.
