Link workspaces to Rocket.Chat

      When Rocket.Chat is enabled on a server, each created prozect should have it's Rocket.Chat room.

      Each user invited in a project must also be created in Rocket.Chat and be invited in the room linket to the project.

      (a specific password will be generated for each user, this password is unknown to the user and must be different for each users)

      Then, the already developped Rocket.Chat integration must be used to generate an iframe in the interface, to use Rocket.Chat
