      A search on "francois" for the addition of member proposes certain agents having francois for first name before those having francois for last name.
      If the classification could be the following:
      fran* in names, then
      fran* in first names, then fran in surnames and finally
      fran * in first names

          same as the other issue, the order was chosen wisely
          and due to lazy loading it cannot be changed
          (this is not a solr search were last name can have more weihgt)
