User avatar is no more display in comments

      Since CMS-11824 the comment author image is not saxed anymore by CommentsDAO.

      The contextual parameters to get user by its emails are set to empty whereas in 4.7 we transmitted the current site.
      Thus, the user populations on context cannot be determined and user is not found

      Note that the bug is present only when saxing of comments, when comments are retrieved in json it seems ok
