[WORKSPACES-392] The edition of a project category is not take into account in catalogs service

How to reproduce

I have a Intranet site with the project catalogs service
I have two categories of projects
I create a new projet without category "Echanges avec Ametys"
The projet appears at the top of service outside categories (OK)
I ediit the projet and add the category "Espaces collaboratifs"
The page is refreshed but the project is still outside categories, it did not move to the "Espace collaboratif" category (KO)
When I edit the projet I can sse that the category was take into account
