To define if the current user can create a project, we test both rights Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_Create and Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_FO_Create on null context.
To define if the current user can edit (or remove) a project, we only test the right Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_FO_Edit (or Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_FO_Delete) on the project, but we should also test the right Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_Edit (or Plugins_Workspaces_Rights_Project_Delete) on null context.
