FO Search engine - Expand filters by default

      It should be better to expand search filters by default on desktop and may be also on tablet. Users could easily miss it.

          The filter will be expanded as soon as we go to the search with a active filter :

          • after entering a keyword in search toolbar
          • after clicking on a thematic in catalog home carousel

          If we go to search page without textfield nor project nor thematic, the filters remain collapsed
