[Editor/Link] Unable to create a link on an existing selected text in IE11

      Expected behavior :
      If you select a text, then clic the "add external link" button, the link created should use the selected text as displayed text for the link

      Behavior in IE11 :
      The link is added at the start of the richtext, without taking into account the selected text.

          This is a general behavior of IE that may loose cursor position.
          I tryed to remove the fix we made in tinymce 3, hoping it became useless.

          I am re-introducing a different version of the fix
