In english, create profile key should escape double quotes

      In english, using blog leads to a js error because the keys PLUGINS_BLOG_RIGHT_CREATE_PROFILE_LABEL and PLUGINS_BLOG_RIGHT_CREATE_PROFILE_DESCRIPTION are not escaping the " characters.

      In french, it is ok.
