It appears that it should not be allowed to tag a post, because there is the metadata "categories" that has the more or less the same purpose.
But there is a backdoor way to tag a content:

• Open a post page
• Select the zone that contains the post
• Go the ribbon tab of the page
• Click on the "tag" button
  You will be able to select a content tag and the post will be tagged.
