[CAL-61] What are the "previous" and "next" buttons used for ?

Some services have more than one page for their parameters. In this case, the "next" and "previous" buttons allow to nagivate on pages.
They are disabled when the service has only one page. We may be hide them ..

Note that it is exactly the same in 3.x
