[CAL-9] Display of Agenda is not correct

On CMS and on front side, the calendar service is not well displayed. A whole exists on the first line.

This is due to a language issue : Monday is harcoded as the first day of the week (CAL-10) but, when the server main system language is english Date object will return the sunday as the first day of the following week !
