CartsActions.exportXml tries to open a new window

      An early version of the spec tells that a cart XML export opens a new window. An updated version of the spec tells that the XML export is now a downloaded file.

      The sitemap.xmap was updated si the XML file is now downloaded. But the javascript code of CartsActions.exportXml still tries to open a new window.
