      Reproduced from demo 4.8 and 4.9

      How to reproduce :

      • have in the classified ads form, the a priori life cycle
      • go to overview, place a classified ad
      • return to the back office, publish the ad and try to modify it

      It is impossible to modify the ad. we can just validate it again

          When an ad is validated, you must refuse it to modify it.

          Once it is in draft state, you can only validate it.  It should be able to edit an ad it when it is in draft state. Otherwise we need to validate, then refuse it to re-edit it.
