How to reproduce

• go to https://demo.ametys.org/cms/www/index.html (4.2.3)
• select a page
• click on create a new page
• choose "Page" template, choose content "Article", click OK
• In the content, insert "test"
• Click on save the content
• Click on the tab "Page" on top of the page

Actual behavior

• The button to display the live version is not available even if the page is online. If I close the page and open it, then the button is working fine.
