Create Page Wizard should be able to display a list of parent page

      In the CMS, the create page button is only displayed if one page is selected, but in a context of front-edition, it is possible to have no page selected and the skin select a list of pages to choose from.

      The Create Page Wizard must be able to handle this and display a list of parent pages to choose from.
