Create Page Wizard should permit to avoid the select content and type cards

      AddPageWizard already have a config.show-card-tags config to avoid to display the tag cards.

      A similar concept needs to be done for the Content and Type cards (but a default value HAVE to be given)

          The functional tests are too complexes to be done without a proper dev env, so I think the most important part is to test against no regression inside the CMS.
