[Reference table] Make an entry disabled

      Sometimes, we have reference table entries that are referenced by old contents and these entries are now obsoletes but still referenced.

      So it could be nice if an entry is deactivable, as this we could:

      • Show the value (even if it's deactivated)
      • Drop the value from the selectable values

      If we do this, we should have a filtered button to only show enabled values on the reference table search model.
