Fields not correctly printed on skin configuration after doing an "Import Ametys skin"

      How to reproduce : 

      1/ Make a zip of demo skin, named demo.zip. 

      2/ On administration tool, select Administration/Skins, then select "Import an Ametys skin" and select "demo.zip". 

      3/ A pop up is opened "A skin already exists with this name in Ametys. Do you want to replace it ? " Click on "Yes" button. 

      4/ Skin configuration is opened but fields are not correctly printed.
